Deadlines for ordering stand equipment, electricity, and custom design/banner walls

Monday, February 17th: deadline for ordering. Any orders placed after this date will incur a 25% surcharge.

Monday, February 24th: The webshop closes. Orders placed after this date, or on-site during assembly, will incur a 50% surcharge.

Print-ready files for custom stands, banner walls, and LED cubes: must be submitted by February 17th. Orders cannot be accepted after this date. For information, pricing and ordering, please contact marianne@ast.as

 

Included in the stand fee:

  • Standard white stand walls (2.5m high) as shown on the hall layout map
  • Grey carpet tiles
  • Signboard
  • Electricity (1KW) and a double socket
  • Spotlights: 1 spotlight per meter front beam (3-meter beams will include 2 spotlights)
  • Bar tables and bar stools:
    • Stands up to 20m²: 1 bar table and 2 stools
    • Stands larger than 20m²: 2 bar tables and 4 stools

Please note: If you are planning to use high-energy devices such as coffee machines or other heavy equipment, make sure to order additional electricity.

Additional Information

  • All prices in the webshop are exclusive of VAT
  • The maximum permitted height for stands is 5 meters. Please ensure your designs comply with this limit
  • Only approved adhesives may be used on stand walls. Damage to wall panels or frames due to the use of non-approved adhesives will result in charges after the event.
  • Please note that the hall does not offer Wi-Fi. If you require a wired network connection, please contact: laila@ast.as

Frister for bestilling av standutstyr, strøm og spesialdesign/bannervegger

Mandag 17. februar: frist for bestilling av standutstyr og strøm. Bestillinger etter frist får tillegg på 25 %.

Mandag 24. februar: nettbutikken stenger. Bestillinger etter 24 februar, eller på opprigg, får tillegg på 50 %.

Trykk-klare filer for spesialdesignede stander, bannervegger og LED-kuber: må  sendes oss inn innen 17/2. For informasjon, pris og bestilling, vennligst kontakt marianne@ast.as

Inkludert i standleien

  • Standard hvite messevegger (2,5 m høye) som vist på hallkartet
  • Grå teppefliser
  • Standskilt
  • Strøm (1KW) og en dobbel stikkontakt
  • Spotter montert i frontdrager: 1 spot per meter med frontdrager (3 meter lang drager vil få 2 spotter)
  • Barbord og barkrakker:
    • Stander opptil 20 m²: 1 barbord og 2 barkrakker
    • Stander større enn 20 m²: 2 barbord og 4 barkrakker

Vennligst merk: planlegger du å bruke apparater som kaffemaskiner eller annet utstyr som drar mye strøm, sørg for å bestille ekstra strøm.

Tilleggsinformasjon

  • Alle priser i nettbutikken er ekskl. MVA
  • Maksimal tillatt høyde for stander er 5 meter.
  • Kun godkjent festemateriell kan benyttes på våre vegger. Ødelagte plater eller rammer, som følge av ikke godkjent tape eller annet, vil faktureres utstilleren.
  • Det er ikke Wi-Fi i hallen. Ved behov for kablet nettverkstilkobling, kontakt: laila@ast.as
