Deadlines for ordering stand equipment and electricity

Friday February 16th 11:00 am: deadline for ordering. Orders placed after February 16th will be charged with an additional fee of 25%

Friday March 1st 11:00 am: the webshop is closing. Orders placed after March 1th and at assembling will be charged with an additional fee of 50%.

Max height of stands: please note that the maximum height for stands is 5 meters

Included in the stand fee:

  • Standard white stand walls as shown on the hall map (hight 2,5 m)
  • Carpet tiles, grey
  • Sign board
  • Electricity (1KW) and 1 double socket
  • Spotlights mounted to the front beams, 1 spot per meter beam (3 meter long beams get 2 spots).
  • Bar table and bar stools:
    • Stands up to 20m2: 1 table and 2 bar stools
    • Stands larger than 20m2: 2 tables and 4 bar stools
  • If you do not want front beams, the furniture, the spotlights or the carpet at your stand, please inform laila@ast.as

All the prices in our web shop are ex. VAT.

To order banner walls, hanging banners and custom made stands, please contact marianne@ast.as Deadline for delivery of print-ready Pdf  files is February 16th at 11:00.

Only approved adhesives can be used on our walls. If any of the wall plates or frames gets ruined because other adhesives have been used to fasten décor on the walls, we will invoice you after the fair.

The hall does not have wi-fi. If you need wired network, please contact laila@ast.as

Frister for bestilling

Fredag 16. februar 11:00: frist for bestilling. Bestilling etter 16. februar får et tillegg på 25%

Høyde på stander: maks høyde på stander er 5 meter

Inkludert i standleien:

  • Hvite messevegger i henhold til halltegning. Dersom det settes opp ekstra vegger (i forhold til tegning) vil dette belastes den enkelte utstiller.
  • Grå teppefliser
  • Standskilt (uten logo)
  • Strøm (1KW) og en dobbel stikk-kontakt
  • Spotter montert i frontdrager, 1 spot per meter (3 meter lange frontdragere får 2 spotter).
  • Barbord og barstoler
    • Inntil 20 m2: 1 stk. ståbord og 2 stk. barstoler
    • Mer enn 20 m2: 2 stk. ståbord og 4 stk. barstoler
  • Dersom du ikke ønsker frontdrager, spottene, teppe eller møblene så gi beskjed til laila@ast.as

For bestilling av bannervegger, LED kuber/ringer i tak og spesialbygde stander, kontakt  marianne@ast.as Frist for levering av trykk-klare Pdf filer er 16. februar kl. 11:00.

Kun godkjent festemateriell kan benyttes på våre vegger. Ødelagte plater eller rammer, som følge av ikke godkjent tape eller annet, vil faktureres utstilleren.

Det er ikke Wi-Fi i hallen. Ved behov for kablet nett, kontakt laila@ast.as
